Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all supplementary policies published by jdbdt, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Any reference to "these Terms" or "this Agreement" includes any supplementary rules, game-specific terms, bonus terms, or policies incorporated by reference within this document.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jdbdt website, registering an account, or using any of the Services in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. This acceptance is a prerequisite for the use of jdbdt and is required from all Players irrespective of jurisdiction or method of access.

jdbdt reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Where changes are material, jdbdt will endeavour to notify registered Players by email to the address on file or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of jdbdt following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

It is the Player's sole responsibility to review these Terms periodically. jdbdt accepts no liability for any loss or prejudice suffered by a Player who has failed to review updated Terms within a reasonable time of their publication.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the full range of jdbdt Services, including real-money wagering, Players must complete the account registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. Registration on jdbdt is free of charge.

By registering a jdbdt account, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. 18+
• All personal information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and payment details — is accurate, truthful, and up to date.
• You are accessing jdbdt on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of jdbdt, nor are you an immediate family member of such an individual.
• You have not previously been excluded from jdbdt or had a jdbdt account closed for violations of these Terms.
• You will maintain the security and confidentiality of your jdbdt login credentials and will not share your account with any other person.
• You accept full financial responsibility for all activity conducted through your jdbdt account.

jdbdt permits only one registered account per Player. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether for the purpose of circumventing self-exclusion, claiming duplicate bonuses, or any other reason — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

jdbdt reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

Age Restriction & Verification

jdbdt enforces a strict minimum age policy. No individual under the age of 18 years is permitted to register an account or use any jdbdt Service. This restriction applies without exception across all products offered on the platform, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, virtual sports, and arcade titles. 18+

jdbdt conducts age verification checks as part of the standard KYC process. All Players may be required to provide one or more of the following documents to confirm their age and identity:

• National Identity Card (NID): A valid Bangladeshi National ID Card bearing the Player's photograph, full name, and date of birth.
• Passport: A valid international passport issued by the Government of Bangladesh or any other recognised national authority.
• Driver's Licence: A valid Bangladeshi driver's licence bearing the Player's photograph and date of birth.

Age verification may be triggered at registration, upon the first withdrawal request, or at any other time determined by jdbdt's compliance team. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the time period specified in jdbdt's request will result in suspension of the Player's account and withholding of any pending withdrawal until verification is completed.

Where jdbdt has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered Player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately. Any winnings or bonuses accumulated during the period of underage use will be forfeited in their entirety. jdbdt will return the net deposited funds — after deducting any withdrawals already processed — once the situation has been investigated and confirmed.

jdbdt does not direct marketing material toward individuals under 18 years of age and takes all reasonable steps to prevent underage access to its platform.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jdbdt — including deposits and withdrawals — are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). jdbdt supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market, including mobile financial services and domestic bank transfers.

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit on jdbdt is ৳200 via bKash and Nagad. Minimum thresholds for other payment methods may differ and will be displayed within the jdbdt Cashier at the time of transaction.
• All deposits are credited to the Player's account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. jdbdt is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be refunded and the Player's account reviewed.
• jdbdt does not charge fees for deposits, but the Player's payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. Players are advised to review their provider's fee schedule before initiating a deposit.
• Accepted payment methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. jdbdt reserves the right to add or remove payment method options at any time.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Players may request a withdrawal of their available real-money balance at any time, subject to completion of the KYC verification process and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
• The minimum withdrawal amount on jdbdt is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per rolling period are displayed within the jdbdt Cashier and may be updated periodically.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where that method does not support withdrawals, in which case jdbdt will contact the Player to arrange an alternative.
• jdbdt aims to process all withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within five to thirty minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business hours. These timeframes are targets and not contractual guarantees; processing may be delayed in exceptional circumstances.
• jdbdt reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where the account has not previously undergone full verification.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Any withdrawal request to an account not registered in the Player's own name will be declined.

Bonus & Promotional Terms

jdbdt offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this Clause 6 as well as any specific terms and conditions attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between Clause 6 and any promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses granted by jdbdt are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits for each bonus are set out in the individual promotion terms available within the jdbdt Bonus Centre.
• One Bonus Per Player: Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion is explicitly designated as recurring. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times via multiple accounts or payment methods will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses issued by jdbdt carry an expiry date. Any bonus balance or associated free bet credits that have not been used within the specified validity period will be forfeited automatically. jdbdt does not extend bonus validity periods except at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
• Contribution Rates: Different game types contribute at different rates toward satisfying bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the individual promotion terms. Virtual sports and arcade games may have custom contribution rates.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a bonus is active in a Player's account, jdbdt imposes a maximum single-wager limit as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Wagers placed in excess of this limit during an active bonus period may, at jdbdt's discretion, be voided and/or the bonus forfeited.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only the winnings derived from bonus wagering activity, after satisfying all applicable wagering requirements, are eligible for withdrawal as real-money funds.
• Abuse and Fraud Prevention: jdbdt employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to advantage play, arbitrage betting, systematic bonus exploitation, and collusion. Where such activity is identified, jdbdt reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the Player's account pending investigation.
• jdbdt's Discretion: jdbdt reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, and to deny any Player participation in a promotion where there are reasonable grounds to believe the Player does not meet the eligibility criteria.

Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

jdbdt is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all registered Players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jdbdt platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud jdbdt or other Players through misrepresentation, manipulation of game outcomes, use of fraudulent payment instruments, or any other deceptive means.
• Collusion: Co-ordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market available on jdbdt, including sharing cards, match-fixing in sports markets, or co-ordinating chip transfers in poker.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, AI-assisted decision-making tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place wagers or interact with jdbdt Services without explicit prior written authorisation from jdbdt.
• Money Laundering: Using jdbdt for any activity that facilitates, conceals, or disguises the proceeds of criminal activity. jdbdt reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one jdbdt account for any purpose, including circumvention of self-exclusion, exploitation of welcome bonuses, or evasion of account restrictions.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Intentionally exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions to generate winnings. jdbdt reserves the right to void any wagers placed during a known technical error and to recover any erroneous payouts.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a payment provider in relation to a deposit made on jdbdt without first contacting jdbdt's support team. Unjustified chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action to recover funds.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access another Player's jdbdt account, jdbdt's backend systems, databases, or any restricted area of the platform through any means.

jdbdt reserves the right to take any action it considers appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of balances, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and referral to law enforcement authorities. jdbdt's determination of prohibited conduct is final subject to its internal dispute resolution process.

Account Suspension & Closure

jdbdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice where jdbdt has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player's account is involved in or suspected of fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• The Player has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable identification or personal information.
• The Player is under the age of 18 or has misrepresented their age during registration.
• Continued operation of the account presents a risk to jdbdt, other Players, or third parties.
• jdbdt is required to do so by law, court order, regulatory directive, or the instruction of a relevant authority.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, jdbdt will endeavour to conclude its review within 14 calendar days. The Player will be notified of the outcome by email. During a suspension, the Player's funds are held securely and are not accessible by jdbdt for operational purposes.

Where an account is closed as a result of a confirmed breach of these Terms, jdbdt reserves the right to forfeit the Player's entire account balance, including real-money funds, bonus balances, and pending withdrawals, where such forfeiture is proportionate to the severity of the breach.

Players who wish to close their jdbdt account voluntarily at any time — including for responsible gaming reasons — may do so by contacting jdbdt's support team via the email address published in the footer of this website. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
